These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jb66 platform and all its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on jb66, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are requested to refrain from using jb66 services.

jb66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

• "Platform" — jb66's website, mobile site and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — anyone who has created an account on jb66 or is using its services.
• "Account" — a personal user account registered on the jb66 platform.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits, cash or other benefits provided by jb66.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any amount of money placed to participate in gaming or sports betting.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing bonus funds.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use services on jb66. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, address or device, jb66 reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel all bonuses.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and all transactions may be considered void.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify jb66 support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jb66 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all payment methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional time may be needed for identity verification or security review.

3.4 Fraud & Misuse

jb66 monitors all transactions. If evidence of any fraudulent or suspicious activity is found, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is offered on the first deposit at jb66, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus only, not to the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; once expired, the bonus balance is cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus is earned, the bonus and any related winnings will be considered void.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• jb66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5 Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Results

All games on jb66 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.

5.2 Validity of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled. If the result of any game is affected due to a technical error, jb66 reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and return the original balance.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or any form of technical assistance.
• Account hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.

6 VIP Program

jb66's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Users move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

jb66 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits. VIP membership is non-transferable and will be cancelled if the account is closed.

7 Responsible Gaming

Users may request to activate a temporary break or self-exclusion on their account. Please contact the support team for this.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jb66 platform — logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces — is owned by jb66. Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying or using any content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by jb66

jb66 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Presence of a security risk.

10.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account. If there are outstanding wagering requirements before the request is processed, these must be fulfilled; otherwise the bonus balance will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

jb66 strives to ensure the highest possible quality of service. However, jb66's liability is limited in the following matters:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the user has not taken adequate precautions.
• If the service is temporarily disrupted due to unforeseen technical issues.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact the jb66 support team first. The support team will review the matter and attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties may resolve the dispute through mediation by mutual agreement.
